On Saturday LFLF competed in the Lakes Valley Conference meet placing second with a 141.225. 

On vault Apryl Smith had the top team score of a 9.1 finishing in 3rd place. Lauren Hayden finished in 4th with an 8.95 followed by Maty Temrowski in 5th with an 8.9. Avery Miller had the final counting score for the team with an 8.8 and finished in 6th. Natasha Dudin also placed with a score of 8.55 in 10th.  

Apryl Smith placed 1st on bars with an 8.675 followed by Lauren Hayden who finished 5th with an 8.425 and Natasha Dudin who finished 9th with a score of 8.025. Maty Temrowski had the team’s last counting score. 

On beam Avery Miller led the team with a career high score of 9.25 placing 3rd. Lauren Hayden placed 5th with a 9.1 and Maty Temrowski placed 6th with a 9.05. Grace Cross had the team’s final counting score of an 8.7 finishing in 8th. Apryl Smith also placed with a score of 8.65 in 9th. 

Lauren Hayden finished first on floor with a 9.45 followed by Maty Temrowski who tied for 2nd with a 9.275. Kynleigh Copeland finished in 5th with a 9.0 and Apryl Smith finished in 7th with an 8.925. 

Other highlights of the night include all five of the teams all around competitors placing in the top 10. Lauren Hayden placed 2nd with a score of 35.925, Apryl Smith placed 3rd with a 35.35, Maty Temrowski placed 5th with a 34.825, Avery Miller placed 7th with a 34.15 and Natasha Dudin placed 8th with a 33.15. 

The team’s next meet is against Huron Valley United and Cass City on Saturday, March 13th. Wish them luck!
